We provide sandblasting and painting services from our modern and efficient plant plant in Mortegliano (UD), built in 1999
Between the year 2000 and 2010 we have increased our investments and upgraded the professional skills of our workforce in order to provide high quality services at the lowest possible price.
Since 2009 we have been using a new suction system with a wide surface for the painting of artefacts. Thus we can take the best care over our industrial spray painting services.
In 2010 we recalibrated our shot blasting systems in order to achieve the perfect levels of cleanliness and roughness, both for small and large artifacts.
In 2021 we built a sandblasting booth dedicated exclusively to the sandblasting using diamond sand to recover and to lose. This way we can satisfy specific technical requiremnts.
OUR PRIORITIES: SAFETY, QUALITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Safety is a primary objective for us, as demonstrated by our workforce training programmes, by the periodic safety reviews we conduct, by the scheduled maintenance of our equipments, and by our scrupulous legislative updates.
The service quality that we provide to our customers minimises the possibility of non conformity thanks to the care and attention we deploy when moving the artefacts, no matter their size and weight.
In 2018 one of our technicians qualified as second level FROSIO Inspector.
In 2025 we improved our quality control by allocating a second AMPP qualified Basic Coatings Inspector.
The environment we live in requires productive activities of the lowest possible impact, a principle we have always applied by building filtering systems, by the correct maintenance of our painting products, and most importantly by correctly disposing of the refuse we produce.
