OUR SERVICES

Our firm specialises in the sandblasting and painting of metal carpentry artefacts.

We handle artefacts of every road transportable dimension up to 24 metres long, commercial profiles up to 12 metres and sheet metal of any length with a maximum width of 2 metres.

The pieces are moved using crane forklifts with capacity up to 25 tons and bridge cranes up to 16 tons

The pieces to be worked on are weighed both at check-in and at check-out. If the price of the service undertaken is based on the weight of the piece, we refer back to its check-in weight.

We use a wide secure open space to store the materials to be processed.

We take special care in selecting the most suitable painting products for each project from the best brands available on the market, and we store them in our dedicated storehouse.

During winter months we can dry the painted artefacts in our oven, which reaches temperatures up to 40 degrees centigrades.

Once sandblasted and painted, the artefacts are controlled by sight and if necessary using specialised technology. We provide a processing report if required.

Wherever possible, the painted artefact is then packed with wooden slats and plastic strapping ties of medium and high resistance, with the interposition of soft plastic corner protectors.
